About the Opportunity
Foremost has an immediate opening for a Help Desk Technician to join the team in Calgary, AB.
You will perform IT help desk services related to printer/software issues, and assist people with their use of information technology. You will also determine and document best practices for the integration of technology with the business and enhance your skills by learning about current and future server and networking technologies used at Foremost.
To ensure your success in this role, you must have experience troubleshooting Windows XP and Windows 7, and working with Windows Server 2003 and/or 2008. Proficiency with MS Office products and A+ certification, or experience with computer assembly, repair and networking is essential. Microsoft Certifications would be highly desirable but not required. You work well as part of a team as well as independently.
